Optional paid plans are a flat monthly fee per provider: Professional is $19/mo and Growth is $99/mo. HometownMind never takes a percentage of your session revenue.

Why your profile may already exist

Listings on HometownMind are compiled from the public NPI registry, which includes licensed clinicians across the United States. That registry gives us your name, credentials, provider type, and practice location, but it does not include your bio, specialties, insurance, or availability. Until you claim your listing, it is marked as an unclaimed directory listing.

What claiming lets you control

Claiming is free. Once your claim is approved you can edit your profile at any time:

Free patient matching for claimed profiles

Patients who use Get Matched describe what they need and where they are. Claimed profiles can be matched to those requests based on specialty and location, and matching is free on every plan. You review each referral in your provider portal and decide whether to accept it.

Optional paid plans

You never need to pay to keep a claimed profile or to receive matched patients. If you want more, two optional plans are available:

Claimed profile — $0

Free public profile you control, plus free patient matching.

Professional — $19/mo

A flat monthly fee per provider for an enhanced profile.

Growth — $99/mo

A flat monthly fee per provider that adds priority placement.

How claiming works

Find your profile
Search for your name or NPI number. If no listing exists for you, you can create one instead.
Verify your identity
Confirm you are the clinician on the listing so no one else can take control of your profile.
Enhance your profile
Add your bio, specialties, insurance, telehealth options, scheduling link, and whether you are accepting new patients.

Do you take a cut of my revenue?

Can I remove my listing?

Yes. Unclaimed listings include a Request removal link on the profile page. If you have already claimed your listing, sign in to the provider portal to manage or remove it.
